Our linings are made with durable, water-resistant fabrics, and all hardware is custom-finished in polished, rust-resistant brass or nickel for effortless daily journeys.
How should I clean and care for my leather bag?
To maintain the natural luster and beauty of your leather bag, gently wipe it with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Keep your bag away from direct heat, sunlight, and heavy rain. We recommend applying a high-quality neutral leather conditioner every 3 to 6 months to nourish the hide and prevent drying. When not in use, store it in its breathable dust bag stuffed lightly to maintain its silhouette.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging included. How do I track my order?
As soon as your handcrafted order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personal tracking number and carrier link. You can track your shipment live at any time through that link or by signing into your Lacarmen account.
Do your bags come with a warranty?
Yes. All authentic Lacarmen bags come with a 1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee covering structural defects in stitching, hardware, zippers, and handles under normal use. If you experience an issue, reach out to us with photos of the defect and your order number so we can repair or replace your item.
